What you order from ZS ORIGINALS  is made just for you. 

Each piece is crafted after you place your order, built specifically with you in mind. Because of this, we don't do refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once you commit, we commit. You have 72 hours from the moment you place your order to make any changes or cancel. After that window closes, your piece goes into production. If something feels off about your order, reach out immediately at help@zsoriginals.com.

Sometimes things get damaged in transit. It's rare, but it happens. If your product arrives damaged, we want to make it right. Send us clear photos of the damage and the packaging to help@zsoriginals.com. We'll review what happened and decide whether to repair or replace your piece. Here's what you need to know if you're filing a damage claim: your photos need to be sharp and clear, submitted as .jpeg or .png files. We need them within 72 hours of your delivery date. The photos have to be taken right when you receive the package, before you've hung it up or installed it anywhere. Once we get your photos, give us at least 5 business days to review everything and make a decision. If we decide to replace your piece, the replacement will be shipped out within 2 days of the decision. If we go the repair route, you might need to cover return shipping.
